When you purchase a LOBREC lifetime membership for only $10, you are entitled to vote on operational issues, be eligible to sit for the Board of Directors and purchase bonds.

Our first project is expected to bring a return on investment (ROI) of between 5% and 9% to the co-op. This will be used for:

reserves for equipment maintenance and replacement as necessary,
future project initial development funding,
reinvestment in the community, and
funding the interest payments for bond holders.
